Petrogas has an overall stake of 60% in the PSC through holdings in two subsidiaries, while PetroChina retains 30% and Indonesia state player Pertamina is on 10%.
Current total production at the PSC is almost 6200 barrels of oil equivalent per day.
Basin PSC is now the only licence Petrogas operates in Indonesia.
