Effective from 1 July, Devonian and Daewoo jointly owned 50% of Bellatrix’s producing assets and an operated compressor station and gathering system in the Baptiste area of west-central Alberta.
It includes production of about 268 barrels of oil equivalent per day and 3858 net acres of Cardium rights and 1119 net acres of Mannville rights.
The venture, also effective 1 July, includes a multi-year commitment to develop the acreage in the Ferrier and Willesden Garden areas in the same region.
