Berry Petroleum of the US plans to go public through an initial public offering valued at up to $366 million.
According to regulatory documents filed on 16 July, Berry will sell more than 12 million shares of common stock, with current shareholders selling more than 6.5 million shares. The shares are expected to be priced between $15 and $17.
