Australia’s BHP Petroleum has started the procurement process for a minimum two-well wildcatting campaign off Newfoundland & Labrador, Canada.
BHP plans to drill up to two wells on Orphan basin exploration licenses 1157 and 1158. The company has released an expression of interest for subsea wellhead systems equipment and services with a closing date of 25 October.
