Anglo-Dutch giant Shell has issued bid documents to an array of major contractors for engineering and construction work on its significant HI project off Nigeria.
Upstream understands that HI aims to tap more than 1.6 trillion cubic feet of gas and about 15 million barrels of condensate in shallow-water OML 144, where Shell’s joint venture partner is local player Sunlink.
