Brazil's Petrobras is due to receive commercial bids next week in a tender for the charter of an unspecified number of shallow diving support vessels to assist its operations, writes Fabio Palmigiani.
A well-informed source told Upstream that Petrobras launched the tender in February, following a successful market inquiry carried out late last year to test the availability of SDSVs.
