US independent Bill Barrett is to consider selling its Uinta basin assets in Utah by the end of the year as it looks to expand its Denver-Julesburg basin position in Colorado.
"We haven't officially made that decision, we haven't hired an adviser, there's no data room open," chief executive Scott Woodall said at the Enercom conference in Denver this week.
