Work starts in September, initially using two rigs, and is to be completed over 27 months.
The two-year contract can be renewed by one year.
BJ Tubular Services in Libya win
Aberdeen-based BJ Tubular Services has been awarded a contract by Occidental Petroleum to provide casing and tubing running services and various equipment in support of 27 exploration wells to be drilled in the Sirte, Murzuq and Cyrenaica regions of Libya.
