The platform was shut down for 10 days after the Health & Safety Executive (HSE) issued a Prohibition Notice after the 11 August incident.
It has now been revealed the company has been issued with two further safety warnings by the HSE, demanding improvements are made by the end of February. Revealing more details of the leak, which was reported by Upstream at the time, the HSE said the blockage was caused by a failure of the cold flare system’s diverter valve.
