The block, located off Java, has been picked up by national company Energi Mega Persada (EMP) for an undisclosed sum. "It is a done deal. There are still some discussions between BP and EMP over the transfer of staff and regarding technical problems but it is essentially finalised," said an indonesian official. Terms of the deal are not yet known.
