Several Brunei Shell Petroleum (BSP) employees have been jailed and four others are awaiting court appearances in relation to a string of corruption charges said to have caused millions of dollars of losses to the oil and gas company.
"The Brunei Shell Joint Venture (BSJV) companies have zero tolerance to business integrity violations of the law and our Code of Conduct,” a BSP spokesman told Upstream.
