And the accuracy is just as necessary there. Jampang and his colleagues on the drillfloor are working with new wells for Brunei Shell's veteran Ampa field, off Brunei's oil town Kuala Belait.

South West Ampa, discovered already in 1963, is the sultanate's oldest offshore field and the discovery was the main driver for the development of Brunei's liquefied natural gas complex in Lumut 30 years ago.
