Anglo-Dutch supermajor Shell is set to issue bid documents this month to more than ten rival groups that will be battling to supply a floating production, storage and offloading vessel for the Bonga South West-Aparo (BSWA) project off Nigeria.
At the same time, bid documents are set to be released to a bevy of contenders for the major subsea umbilical, riser and flowline package.
