Bulgaria’s Supreme Administrative Court has delivered a quick decision on a last minute appeal of the country’s pipeline operator Bulgartransgaz that asked the court to reconsider an earlier ruling of the country’s market regulator, writes Vladimir Afanasiev.
The court has upheld the end-of-June ruling of Bulgaria’s Commission for Protection of Competition to reinstate Saudi Arabia's Arkad Engineering & Construction and the Milan-based Arkad-ABB joint venture as the winner in Bultransgaz’s recent pipeline construction tender.
