Talisman is said to be undertaking the Bunga Raya E improvement project to boost gas recovery to 44.5%, up from the present 35%.
MMC will carry out the engineering design, which is expected to last for about six months through the second half of this year.
An additional compression train will be added to the Bunga Raya E platform, as well as two further primary membrane skid units and a replacement for its regeneration system, said sources.
