ExxonMobil’s proposed multi-billion dollar Ca Voi Xanh (Blue Whale) gas-to-power development in Vietnam is moving ahead and there are indications an entry into front-end engineering and design is on the cards, writes Russell Searancke.
The CVX project is based on the development of an offshore field of the same name in Block 118 in the Phu Khanh basin about 80 kilometres off the coast.
