Feed gas has started flowing into the first train at the Sempra Energy-operated Cameron liquefied natural gas export facility in Louisiana, marking the final commissioning phase for the unit before producing first LNG, writes Caroline Evans.
US federal regulators late last week authorised the introduction of pipeline feed gas to the facility and Sempra is planning to ramp up feed gas deliveries to the terminal as it completes the testing process.
