State oil company Societe Nationale de Hydocarbures' (SNH) director of exploration Jean-Jacques Koum says total capital expenditure on E&P this year will run to "several tens of millions of dollars as against just a few million last year" as the country looks to reverse an annual 5% decline in national oil production, currently pegged at 110,000 barrels per day.
