Pluspetrol, the Argentine operator of Peru’s Camisea gas field, has agreed to buy the 17.6% stake in the project held by South Korea-based consortium partner SK Energy.
The acquisition agreement covers SK Innovation’s stake in Ucayali basin blocks, which supply natural gas into the Malvinas processing base in the Amazon rainforest.
