The Canada-Nova Scotia Offshore Petroleum Board (C-NSOPB) has issued a fresh call for bids covering three exploration licences in the Sydney basin offshore Eastern Canada.
The three parcels lie east of Cape Breton in waters ranging from 50 to 450 metres deep.
Bids for the NS17-1 round are due by the afternoon of 14 December.
