The deal immediately increases Cano’s proven reserves by about 24.5 million barrels of oil equivalent and boosts daily production by about 800 barrels of oil per day.
WO’s assets are located in the Panhandle field in north Texas and include about 480 producing wells and 380 idle wells located on about 20,000 acres in three panhandle area counties.
The acquisition also includes 10 workover rigs, company vehicles, compressors and associated equipment.
