The 50:50 joint venture between Petronas Carigali and Hess has invited the shortlisted yards to submit bids by the end of the month for the engineering, procurement, construction and installation of the large gas booster platform and also to carry out modifications to an existing platform in the Cakerawala field in MTJDA Block A-18.
The gas platform, includes a 22,000-tonne topsides that will be mounted on a jacket and will be bridge-linked to the Cakerawala facility, according to sources.
