The Malaysian oil-producing state of Kelantan is going to have to wait even longer for oil royalties to again be paid directly to its coffers.
Court proceedings last week — when Kelantan was to have formally withdrawn its oil royalty case against the federal government and national oil and gas company Petronas — did not go ahead as key representatives from the other parties did not attend.
