CBO leading the race for Petrobras OSRV tender

Brazilian shipping company CBO has submitted the lowest bid in a Petrobras tender for the charter of oil spill response vessels.

According to well-informed sources, CBO edged out competition by proposing the CBO Niteroi vessel for a dayrate of $17,250 to work for a period of four years, and the CBO Vitoria for a dayrate of $18,500 for a two-year contract.
