Industry officials said the company has short-listed Technip of France, Australia’s WorleyParsons and Fluor and Bechtel of the US as candidates for FEED work on the $1.8 billion two-phase project, to be located at Kalama in Washington State.
They added that CECC is seeking FEED contractors with proven EPC experience, and there were suggestions they could be made the preferred EPC contractor at the same time.
