Chevron has lost its international arbitration case again Bangladesh’s Petrobangla relating to third party charges for using the national company’s gas pipeline infrastructure — a ruling that should benefit the nation by more than $300 million.
In 2006, Chevron filed the suit claiming the national oil and gas company should not be deducting 4% from the bills for gas it buys from Chevron’s Jalalabad, Moulavi Bazar and Bibiyana fields.
