Chevron is putting the final touches to the revised plan of development for phase two of its multi-trillion cubic feet Indonesia Deep-water Development (IDD) although local government officials claim the US supermajor has yet to exactly determine the price tag, writes Amanda Battersby.
Deputy Minister of Energy & Mineral Resources Arcandra Tahar told reporters that Chevron in late June had submitted several proposals, all with different capital expenditure figures.
