The company has started building a gas plant with a 3 million cubic metre per day capacity in Xuanhan county, as part of the first development phase covering the block’s Luojiazhai and Guanziping prospects.
The $4.7 billion first phase also involves drilling 14 production wells in four well pads, two gas gathering stations, 11 valve boxes and about 60 kilometres of pipelines.
