China Petroleum Engineering & Construction Corporation (CPECC) is poised to win a major engineering, procurement and construction contract from Abu Dhabi Company for Onshore Petroleum Operations (Adco) for its Bab integrated facilities oilfield development project, which is set to be one of the biggest onshore awards in the region this year.
Industry sources told Upstream that Adco and CPECC recently finalised terms for the Bab EPC project and suggested a contract is likely to be signed within weeks.
