Citgo Petroleum has unveiled a mobile food pantry in Houston aimed at helping communities that are still financially impacted by the devastating Hurricane Harvey, which hit the Texas oil capital and wider region in 2017.
The US refining joint venture with Venezuelan state oil player PDVSA brought Houston Mayor Sylvester Turner along to inaugurate the service on 8 April at the Volunteers of America Texas office.
