China National Offshore Oil Corporation (CNOOC) is preparing a management reshuffle at two of its major exploration and production subsidiaries and its engineering, fabrication and service units, following the appointment of Liu Jian as company president two weeks ago.
Li Yong, currently president of CNOOC’s services division China Oilfield Service Ltd (COSL) is to take over Liu’s former position as a vice president of CNOOC at its headquarters.
