Colombia’s hydrocarbons regulator is gearing up for a second oil and gas bid round that comprises 50 blocks, as the country wraps up its first such exercise since 2014, writes Julia Martinez.
The National Hydrocarbons Agency (ANH) will offer 50 new blocks at the end of September — 23 selected by the agency and an additional 27 that were nominated by companies.
