Ensco is looking to keep its enlarged fleet of drilling rigs busy after its acquisition of Atwood Oceanics is pushed through, with no plans to increase stacking activity, writes Eoin O'Cinneide.
The company will have an expanded arsenal of 63 rigs following the all-stock deal for Houston-based Atwood, but is not contemplating selling off any units or changing delivery terms for two new Atwood drillships.
