Pemex has awarded an engineering, procurement, construction and installation contract for the Yaxche-C and Onel-B platforms to a consortium made up of Hoc Offshore, Construcciones Mecanicas Monclova (Commsa) and Cotemar, according to procurement documents.
The EPCI deal for the two marine infrastructure units to be installed in the Bay of Campeche was granted as part of a restricted invitation tender that started in early June.
