Malaysian offshore fabricators are competing for a slimmed-down yet still valuable offering of platforms linked to the Bokor enhanced oil recovery project off Sarawak, Malaysia.
There has been indecision by operator Petronas over the Bokor development concept and the project contracting strategy, but now there is clarity on both, said sources.
The development concept will involve a central processing platform and one wellhead platform.
