Four contractors participating in a tender to supply Petrobras with a pair of floating production, storage and offloading vessels have re-submitted bids, hoping that this time the competition will move forward to the potential signing of a letter of intent next month.
Japanese player Modec International, Netherlands-based SBM Offshore, compatriot Bluewater and Norway’s BW Offshore bid again for the Libra FPSO on 1 July, while Modec, SBM and Bluewater presented new offers for the Sepia floater on the same date.
