China's Offshore Oil Engineering Company (COOEC) has issued an invitation to tender to a few international subsea contractors to provide installation services for the Liuhua 16-2 field development in the South China Sea's Pearl River Mouth basin.
At least three contactors — Oslo-listed Subsea 7, Norwegian player Ocean Installer and DeepOcean, which is also from Norway — have received bid documents, with responses scheduled for submission next week.
