China's Offshore Oil Engineering Company (COOEC) is looking to secure more offshore platform decommissioning jobs, having just finished its first such international contract in the Gulf of Thailand.
The offshore contracting giant, based in Tianjin, will participate in future tenders for decommissioning deals and is eyeing work expected to be offered by US supermajor Chevron in the Gulf of Thailand next year.
