A Chevron spokeswoman told Upstream in late 2017 that the operator is focused on value more than schedule when it comes to getting its Rosebank project off the ground, writes Iain Esau.
“We remain focused on improving project value, decreasing execution risk and making decisions that are based on overall value rather than schedules and timelines,” she said at the time.
