Sources said Afcons filed a writ at Bombay High Court in June challenging the qualification of a bid submitted by the eventual lowest bidder Larsen & Toubro along-with another domestic player Pipavav Shipyard.
The Bombay High Court hearing on the Sagar Pragati issue has been scheduled for 19 July, sources added. “The matter is presently sub-judice. ONGC needs more time for some replies.
