BIG US oil companies are dangerously exposed to the rapidly growing ravages of cyber crime, according to security experts. They say crucial funding is not being injected to tackle the problem. Sources at the American Petroleum Institute say the industry has so far failed to mount a concerted response to cyber spies and saboteurs, who are becoming a major threat in all areas of global commerce.
