Tanglawan LNG has delayed breaking ground for about six months on its planned 2.3 million tonnes per annum liquefied natural gas import project in the Philippines, writes Amanda Battersby.
The joint venture between local company Phoenix Petroleum and China National Offshore Oil Corporation (CNOOC) has had to apply for an extension to the notice to proceed issued by the Department of Energy, as the original notice expired on 22 June.
