Demiroren, the company that owns the Total retail brand in Turkey, has struck a deal to sponsor the country’s basketball federation.
Total Oil Turkey this week signed the three-year sponsorship contract with the Turkish Basketball Federation (TBF).
Demiroren chairman Yildirim Demiroren said: “This is not the first time we... have sponsored Turkish basketball.”
He added that subsidiary Milangas has previously supported Istanbul-based Besiktas Basketball, pointing out that during the period of sponsorship the team won three cups in a single season.
