TechnipFMC this week laid out the details of its proposed split into two separate companies.
The new SpinCo, focused on engineering and construction and including the company’s liquefied natural gas business, will be headed by Catherine MacGregor and made up of about 15,000 employees.
MacGregor joined TechnipFMC in July after a 23-year career at Schlumberger, where she served had many roles including president of the company's drilling segment and area president for Europe and Africa, among others.
