“I fear a threat to my life,”Sibal wrote to the Ministry of Home Affairs and the Ministry of Petroleum&Natural Gas on the day that the Anil Ambani-led group Reliance Natural Resources (RNRL) filed an application in the Supreme Court alleging links between him and rival company Reliance Industries, according to reports by the Press Trust of India.
The country's watchdog, the Central Vigilance Commission (CVC) said it wants the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) to look into the alleged“nexus”between Sibal and Reliance.
