Modec is keen to differentiate its new hull designs from SBM Offshore’s Fast4Ward design, which was launched about five years ago as a “future generation” floating production, storage and offloading vessel.
Modec points out subtle differences in the design of the Noah's cargo blocks, while its hull is designed to have one empty tank at all times to allow for easy inspection and enhance hull integrity.
