A legal dispute between Australia’s Woodside Petroleum and Malaysian oilfield services contractor Bumi Armada will resume this October, writes Russell Searancke.
In March 2016, Woodside unexpectedly issued a notice of termination to Bumi for the floating production, storage and offloading vessel working on the Balnaves oilfield off Western Australia.
The Armada Claire FPSO had been on contract since August 2014 under a four-year fixed charter with extension options.
