Singapore-based contractor Dyna-Mac is splitting its business into two distinct entities, with an engineering, procurement and construction unit as well as a fabrication and construction wing.
The EPC business will provide integrated EPC solutions as well as value-added services in the early design stages of projects.
Satish Malik will take over the role as chief executive of the EPC unit and will be responsible for project delivery including global business development, and alliances and partnerships.
