“They are talking of Bansu Point for the port and Bonyere for the gas processing but it’s wasteful to scatter upstream and midstream infrastructure along the littoral because it will cost too much and not achieve economies of scale,” explained Joseph Henry Mensah in an exclusive interview with Upstream.
