Brazilian independent Dommo Energia said it has filed an arbitration procedure against Malaysia’s Petronas over alleged breaches on the terms of a proposed farm-out agreement in 2013 concerning Brazil's Tubarao Martelo field, writes Fabio Palmigiani.
Petronas announced in May 2013 it was purchasing a 40% working interest in Tubarao Martelo from OGX, Dommo’s former name before the company filed for bankruptcy protection later that same year.
